WALK AND TALK THERAPY will be resuming in late May 2024, in addition to my regular work in the actual Talkroom.  I provide therapy in a beautiful, local, private woodland!  If you'd like to try this out, please call or email Sarah on 07982 899554 to find out more.  (You will need your own transport to access this).

If you would like access to a Walk and Talk brochure please email sarah@talkroom.uk

“At times of personal crisis and struggle I have used nature as a co-therapist. Spending time in nature has helped to centre and ground me, giving me the space and support to deal with my issues. I have also found metaphors of my struggle in the form of trees, plants or animals which have enabled me to understand and process my difficulties. I believe that deep within us there is a stored memory of our ancestors’ intimacy with nature. We can bring to life this powerful bond through trips into woods, fields and up mountains, walks by lakes and the sea. Even by sitting in our gardens surrounded by plants, or growing vegetables in our allotments, we can find healing and peace.”   Martin Jordan, Author of Nature and Therapy 2015

For 2022 she has extended her service into a Walk and Talk counselling experience in a private, local woodland, see above.   This now incorporates her belief in talking therapy as healer along with nature as her 'co-therapist' and the benefits to our mind, body, spirit and intuition that this has.  If this is something that interests you, please mention it in your first contact with Sarah.

Sarah has a passion for her work and is committed to finding ways of improving the service she provides by constantly updating her skills and knowledge in order to best serve her potential and existing clients.
